Shawn Kingsberry

Shawn Kingsberry is a vice president in the Digital Innovation Factory at SAIC. He leads teams focused on developing cyber solutions that protect our nation’s interests by enabling situational awareness, active cyber defense, and threat detection and remediation.
Kingsberry has more than 30 years of experience in information technology and has a diverse background in federal and state government as well as corporate technology leadership. He has extensive experience leading large-scale secure digital transformation and fostering productive partnerships with internal teams and external technology partners.
Prior to joining SAIC, Kingsberry led Global Advisory Services for Unisys and directed the development and deployment of secure cloud solutions for Engility.
Before moving to private industry, Kingsberry served as chief information officer for the federal Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board. In that role, he led successful efforts to provide transparency on stimulus spending and oversight of fraud, waste and abuse. He also oversaw the agency’s migration to the public cloud, the first federal-wide system to achieve that milestone. He is a recipient of the prestigious Fed 100 Award, recognizing his leadership at that agency.
He also held executive positions with the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
Kingsberry is frequent speaker and panelist who is recognized by senior industry and government leaders, peers and subordinates for his strategic mindset and leadership in the modernization of IT infrastructure to meet increasing security, data and citizen-services requirements.

Sergeant Rouse is the Section Chief, Cyber Operations/Digital infrastructure, for the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer at United States Space Force Headquarters, Pentagon VA.
Sergeant Rouse entered the Air Force in 2003. He graduated from the Communications—Computer Systems Course at Keesler AFB, Mississippi. Sergeant Rouse’s background includes leadership roles with Special Operations communication support teams, Joint Special Operations Task Force communication support, Air Operation Center communication support teams, Security Assistance Organizations, support of foreign military training and leadership duties at both the Squadron and Wing and NATO level with-in the Intelligence Community—where his efforts enabled direct action strikes, or captures, on over 15 High Value Targets (HVT), as well as, securing a $1 Billion dollar infrastructure. His assignments include bases in Japan, South Carolina, Saudi Arabia, Fort Meade, Maryland, and at NATO Alliance Ground Surveillance HQ, Sigonella IT. Sergeant Rouse has also served overseas while deployed in support of OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM, OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM-Philippines, and in support of contingency operations across the SOCPAC (Special Operations Command—Pacific) AOR.

Kevin Chin is Director of Generative AI and AIOps, Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations, for Leidos. In this role, Kevin is responsible for leading AI corporate research and development, developing strategy initiatives, and ensuring cross-communication across Leidos to implement IT Modernization initiatives. Kevin’s deep experience leading Enterprise scale modernization initiatives for a variety of federal customers includes multi-cloud infrastructure implementation, agile methodology software development, and data science to delivery trustworthy analytic results. Eric Weiss is a dynamic and team-oriented IT Solutions leader with over 20+ years of experience in Information Assurance, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and risk mitigation in a Zero Trust environment. Eric joined Quest Public Sector, Inc. (QSPSI) in November of 2022 as a Sr. Technology Executive.
Eric was previously a Cyber Solutions Architect & Engineer at Leidos. In that role, he led a Zero Trust focused group which recommended security risk mitigation strategies and changes to the Leidos Enterprise and Cybersecurity program and influenced the implementation of security standards for Leidos federal customers.
Prior to joining the Enterprise and Cybersecurity group, Eric managed the enterprise Identity and Access Management Engineering team for Leidos where he was responsible for the overall management of Active Directory, Identity and Access Management, federated services, and Azure Active Directory. Previously, Eric was a senior engineer on the Identity and Access Management engineering team and was a key member of the team that separated SAIC, an $11B company, to Leidos, a $7B company.
Eric garnered much of his experience in the IT industry working for USA.net, an Exchange hosting company. While there, he provided mentoring, senior level engineering support, and successfully led the company’s FFIEC compliance and certification effort which allowed the company to continue hosting services for financial sector customers.
Eric started his career as a service desk technician for SAIC where he learned the basics of information technology and ultimately became primarily responsible for the enterprise Exchange e-mail system. He earned degrees in Environmental Studies and Geography from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Currently, he serves as the Director of Federal Sales Engineering at Quest Software Public Sector Inc., where he leads a multi-disciplinary team of IT professionals. Their mission is to support governmental agencies with comprehensive software solutions around Zero Trust, securing Active Directory against unwanted intrusions, managing privileged access, and providing advanced recovery and governance tools.
Previously, as a Senior Solution Architect at Quest Software, Chris focused on building and delivering innovative solutions for IT operations in enterprise customer environments. His expertise lies in modernizing legacy workloads and specializing in performance analytics for large-scale applications in both private and public cloud spaces. At Microsoft Corporation, Chris held roles as an Architectural Engineer and Principal Technology Specialist. He was instrumental in driving the introduction of technologies considered the standard in enterprise IT today while driving customer sales and success programs, delivering comprehensive technology roadmaps, and leading competitive opportunity management.
Chris studied Computer Science and Marketing at the University of Maryland and Andrews University. His specialties include public speaking, enterprise software architecture, virtualization, cloud analytics, identity management, and technology management, among others. Michael Kennedy retired in May 2017 from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). He had an extensive career in the Federal Government, with leadership responsibilities leading to numerous national level roles at the Senior Executive Service level since April 2006. He served in many positions within the ODNI beginning in its first year of operation and culminating in his final assignment as the Deputy Program Manager for Technology and Standards for the Program Manager – Information Sharing Environment (PM-ISE), within the ODNI.
