Salvador D’Itri is Chairman of the National Spectrum Consortium. The NSC provides the Government direct access to over 350 members of U.S. industry and academia who work with systems, sub-systems, components, and the enabling technologies related to the use of the electromagnetic spectrum or the information that rides on it. His current areas of work are 5G and spectrum sharing. He has served on the Board of the Wireless Innovation Forum and on the IT Advisory Commission for Arlington County, Virginia.

Andy Greig

Andy Greig is the Druid Software’s President of the North American market. In this role he leads the business development and technical resources supporting Druid’s N.A. enterprise, non-terrestrial network and public sector customers.

Greig joined the Druid team in 2022 after spending 28 years in the telecom space with leadership roles in IoT, connected vehicle, VoIP, MVNOs, and managed services; across organizations that include Aeris Communications, Arterra Mobility and Sprint. He holds a masters degree from Pepperdine University and resides in Northern Virginia.

Stephen Booher

Principal

Stephen Booher is a director of 5G to NextG emerging technologies research and prototyping in Booz Allen’s Chief Technology Office (CTO) BrightLabs. The goal of Brightlabs is to experiment, prototype, and bring to market new, emerging technologies of impact to government and industry. In his role, Stephen leads prototyping and development efforts related to private 5G networking solutions, next generation devices, network aware applications that take advantage of advanced features emerging in cellular networks, and NextG research such as Radio Access Network (RAN) intelligence and Integrated Sensing and Communication (ISAC) for 6G.

Additionally, Stephen Booher leads the technical execution of Booz Allen’s private 5G deployments for clients within the Department of Defense and is a senior technical advisor for Booz Allen’s Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) trusted integrator service offering.

Stephen has 20 years of experience engineering, designing, testing, implementing, and deploying complex wireless and SATCOM networks for defense clients. Since joining Booz Allen in 2008, he supported and led a number of network engineering projects at DISA, including deploying and sustaining an IP SATCOM system providing critical mission support to Iraq and Afghanistan, a CSfC gateway for mobile devices, an INMARSAT BGAN Gateway, and a prototype IP SATCOM system with WiMAX extension. Additionally, as the Booz Allen Lead Enterprise Architect, he was instrumental in helping DISA establish the Department of Defense (DOD) Mobility Portfolio Management Office. He led the deployment of an Enterprise Mobile Management (EMM) solution that is providing management services for 100,000 plus mobile devices. For the Navy he has led the engineering and deployment of advanced private 5G networks for smart warehouse, ship-to-shore, and ship wide use cases.

Prior to Booz Allen, Stephen served as a United States Marine Corps Communications Officer, where he deployed to Iraq, led communications detachments, developed network architectures for training events and operational networks, and conducted spectrum planning activities.

He graduated with honors from the Marine Corps Basic Communications Officer Course and graduated at the top of his class from the Marine Corps Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) course. He earned a B.S. degree in Management Information Systems from Oral Roberts University and has held certifications from Cisco.

Steve Vogelsang

Federal Chief Technology Office

Steve Vogelsang is Nokia Federal Solutions’ Chief Technology Officer for its Federal Division. As CTO, Vogelsang is responsible for leading a technical team that curates and adapts Nokia Federal Solutions’ broad portfolio of networking products and technology to deliver mission critical capabilities to the U.S. Government.

Vogelsang joined the company through the acquisition of Alcatel-Lucent. He brings more than 30 years of technology experience in IP and optical networks. Most recently, Vogelsang was the Vice President of Strategy and Technology for Nokia’s Network Infrastructure division where he helped launch new technology offerings, including IP network analytics and security, data center switching, client optics, optics integration with ASICs and Silicon photonics.

Vogelsang holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. He also holds two patents in state-efficient network function support and ATM communications system, UBR-ABR gateway.

Michael Kennedy

Michael Kennedy retired in May 2017 from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). He had an extensive career in the Federal Government, with leadership responsibilities leading to numerous national level roles at the Senior Executive Service level since April 2006. He served in many positions within the ODNI beginning in its first year of operation and culminating in his final assignment as the Deputy Program Manager for Technology and Standards for the Program Manager – Information Sharing Environment (PM-ISE), within the ODNI.

Mr. Kennedy has left an indelible mark of professional accomplishment and Leadership across a broad spectrum of complex issues, most notably in the development of innovative technology solutions and transformative outcomes for the Intelligence Community (IC) during 42 years of total government service in IT and other leadership roles:
